This season, Hera has teamed up with British luxury shoe designer Nicholas Kirkwood to create an intense collection that combines feminine floral patterns and metallic graphic lines. Hera was able to create a synergy effect by combining Nicholas Kirkwood’s signature zigzag lines with feminine, yet bold floral patterns. The ‘Hera UV Mist Cushion’, which provides decent coverage and makes the skin look glossy and moist, comes in three designs in blue, yellow and pink while the brand’s ‘Rouge Holic’, ‘Eyeshadow palette’ and ‘Face designing blusher’ products also benefit from Hera’s collaboration with Nicholas Kirkwood.
Shu emura x Kye Han Hee
Global cosmetic brand Shu emura has teamed up with domestic fashion designer Kye Han Hee to create their ‘KYE FOR SHU’ line. Reinventing k-fashion leader Kye Han Hee’s bold and witty street sense into cute graphic icons, ‘Shu emura’s best color package’ is set to be released in May and has already become a hot topic amongst K-brand lovers. The two products that stand out most in the upcoming collaboration are ‘Cushion Blusher’ and ‘Sheer Color Balm’, which are the first of their kind in Shu emura. The orange and pink hues are soft and just bright enough to go well with any skin tone. The key point to this collection will be the various eyebrow products that will be included as Kye Han Hee likes to emphasize eyebrows and eyeliners in her makeup looks.

With their collaboration with shoe brand Suecomma Bonnie already a hit, Kong Hyo Jin has now branched out to sunglasses and bags. The brands she’s chosen are Gentle Monster’s ‘TYPE’ sunglasses series and Vincis’ ‘Hyo Bag’. Gentle Monster’s ‘TYPE’ sunglasses series is composed of three different sunglasses, with ‘TYPE 1’ and ‘TYPE 2’ already out, and the round-framed ‘TYPE 3’ sunglasses set to be released in May. ‘TYPE 1’ sunglasses have cat-eye-shaped half frames, and are available in both black and floral designs, opening the wallets of consumers who like to showcase their unique personalities. ‘TYPE 2’ sunglasses combine the recent trend of tinted lenses with a unique cutting line, and come in five different colors. With a design based off of the many circular bags Kong Hyo Jin uses at home to stay tidy, Vincis’ ‘Hyo Bag’ reflects the actress’ preferences for everything from design to materials, colors and accessories. The bag comes in two sizes of small and large, and the bag that features a unique pattern from tattoo artist Novo is quite captivating.

For the 2016 S/S season, Suecomma Bonnie’s unisex line ‘Supercomma B’ have created their ‘Hyoni Choice’ line through a collaboration with model Kang Seung Hyun, who is famous for her sense of style. The ‘Hyoni Choice’ line features sneakers and slip-on shoes, which Kang Seung Hyun loves to wear, as well as basic clothing items and accessories. The line has already released their metallic-based ‘Follow Me’ sneakers and slip-ons. Sparkling metallic material has been combined with a typographic print and beautiful colors like dark silver, pink, bronze, green and gold.
